As a buyer you will be supported directly by the developer that you bought your product from.
All details of the support process will be detailed within your product package. Should you not feel you are getting a good level of support, we are happy to escalate the issue with the developer concerned. Please follow the support link below and we will do our very best to get you an answer within 24 hours.
All our vendors should have support listings in their own products, if this is not the case, we will get in touch with them on your behalf and chase them down for you. For payment inquiries or in the case of a failed transaction, please start your ticket with Payment issue. We support PayPal Payments both from PayPal accounts and credit card accounts and Stripe for Credit Cards only, if you do not see the PayPal credit card facility, this is most likely not available from your location – there is nothing we can do about this.
