Customers who purchase products and plugins on Elegant Marketplace will be supported directly by the developer from which you purchased from, and all details of the support process are detailed within your product package after purchase. If for whatever reason you feel the developer is not providing an appropriate level of support, we are happy to process any refunds or address other billing concerns through our billing page (link below).

All Elegant Marketplace vendors should have support listings or documentation for each of their own products. If this is not the case, let us know and we will get in touch with them on your behalf. For payment inquiries or cases of failed transactions, please start your ticket with “Payment Issue.” We currently ONLY support PayPal payments from PayPal accounts and credit card accounts. if you do not see the PayPal credit card option, this is most likely not available from your location.
