Over 3,500 users have downloaded the Layouts Cloud plugin and a few of the same questions keep popping up.  I made a few explainer videos to get you up and running smoothly.

  • The first is how to upload the plugin & customize your Cloud Settings.
  • The second is how to add sections / modules to your pages.
  • The third is how to download the a La Carte layout and why you may want to.

If you like to read instead of watch, let me give you some text.

How to Upload the Layouts Cloud Plugin and Customize Your Settings.

The Layout Cloud Plugin uploads exactly the same way as all other plugins.  Navigate to your plugins page on the dashboard, select add new, then upload and activate.

On the left hand side of your screen, along the navigation settings, towards the bottom you will see Divi Cloud.  Hover over and select Settings. Here you should add your API and if you like, white label the plugin name.

How to add sections / modules to your pages.

On the left hand side of your screen, along the navigation settings, towards the bottom you will see Divi Cloud.  Hover over and select Divi Cloud.

Across the top navigation options you will see both Sections and Modules. Select the one you want, then scroll through the available options.  Click Add to Library (this puts your choice into the Divi Library).

Navigate to the page you are building.  Through the Divi Builder select Add Section (or module).  Then Add from Library (Divi Library, not Cloud Library).

How to use the A La Carte Layout.

We have what we call the A La Carte layout, which is for premium memberships and we encourage you to download and place on your website to showcase your clients the designs that you are capable of delivering.

The A La Carte layout is also an excellent option for those of you who don’t yet have a robust portfolio.

In Case you aren’t aware, the Layouts Cloud Plugin is free until Sunday, March 18, 2018 at midnight EST.  Head on over to https://layoutscloud.com/plans to download it now.
