I am a Developer/Service Provider - How do I get my product/service on board?
Visit the Developer Area and apply via the Developer Application form which best suits your product. This will begin the process.
As a developer or service provider what charges do you as a marketplace make upon me?
Each developer/service provider is treated on a case by case basis and negotiations are handled professionally and sympathetically.
What are the licence terms of the products/services in this marketplace?
For services, each individual/company will have their own service agreement and we encourage you to study their terms prior to engaging them in a business arrangement.
For all products not directly bought from our store i.e. affiliate linked products – please review the products terms of licence prior to purchase.

Is there a refund policy?
In General, as the majority of products are digital downloads, we do not give refunds. We do however, look at each case on an individual basis as it is our duty to ensure every one is happy be they a buyer or a developer. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for a full explanation of our policies.
