Woo Layout Injector is by far the most powerful plugin designed for Divi/Extra to give a huge amount of control over your WooCommerce site. It allows you to edit the layout and styling of the WooCommerce single product pages, the shop page, the product category pages, the cart page, the checkout page AND the my account pages. Some of these can be done either centrally or on a per product basis.

The ideal Divi Commerce solution, Woo Layout Injector works on Divi and Extra, neither of which allow any configuration at all unless you are able to code in PHP and CSS. Even a seasoned developer will spend a while getting their WooCommerce layouts just right and to look ‘non-stock’. This plugin facilitates that.

In literally minutes you can create both a shop layout and product page layout and assign them to your site. You can set the layouts centrally via the settings page meaning if you want to change your store at any time then you need only edit one layout. You can also override the layouts by product category or even on a per product basis making this plugin ideal for any type of store. If you want to really fine tune your experience you can tailor make your cart page, checkout page and my account pages. All using the Divi Builder!

See what Tim Strifler over at Divi LIfe has done with this phenomenal Plugin

The uber talented Melissa Love of The Design Space uses it on one of her beautiful client sites and in some of her ecommerce related child themes – take a look

A Michelle Nunan of Divi Soup uses the Woo Layout injector in her ecommerce child themes too – it really is a fantastically appreciated Divi Plugin

To really put the icing on the cake you have a beautiful header mini cart and a whole raft of custom made modules to allow you to design your pages as you see fit!

In short, this plugin adds a number of bespoke and highly configurable custom modules to the Divi Builder and a settings page to link them together. You have the freedom of the Divi Page Builder which we all know and love to construct a variety of layouts to suit your needs!

Using Woo Layout Injector you can create a very flexible and configurable layout for your WooCommerce archives and product category pages. To make this as flexible as possible we create TWO layouts. One that will be used for the archive page itself and another which is repeatedly used for each item (product) in ‘the loop’.

Let’s say we have an archive page showing 9 items in 3 rows of 3 items. We first create a ‘loop item’ template in the Divi library (Divi Library > Add new > Layout (non global)). This will feature normally an image, title, price, read more button etc.. Once that is saved you can create the second layout which will be the archive. This may feature a nice header, the ‘loop archive’ module and then a footer or anything else to suit your design! Within the loop archive module you can select list or grid view. I find that list view works well especially when your ‘loop item’ layout has multiple columns of it’s own or a grid of products such as that used on elegantmarketplace.com.

For a Deeper Dive and full instructions on how to use this plugin once installed – have a look at this great article where you can download a full instructional PDF.

That’s it!

Each time you want to make a change to the layout just visit the Divi Library page and edit your layout as before. No need to relink or anything else. This really is a set and forget plugin that will yield a unique and bespoke looking WooCommerce store without you having to write any code at all 🙂

Hi, I like Woo Layout Injektor! Everything is working good. But how could I style Related products pls? BTW I´m using WooComerce like catalog and Add to Cart button has been changed to std. button with URL to anchor to section with contact form in this Woo Single Product Page… I would like to change default ATC button to Read more, border to column, shadow… Thanks

  2. Matt Edwards

Having an issue with the Add to Cart button. It won’t work and freezes my site. What have I done wrong? It’s the only module that’s not working.

    Thanks in advance

  3. Brock Watzich

The Woo Cart Products module doesn’t seem to work. When I delete a product by removing it and I don’t click Update, it still updates the cart. When I change the quantity from 1 to 0 and update, it doesn’t take the update. The Update button isn’t working. Am I missing something?

    • Andrew Palmer

Hi Brock, it would be best to connect with tortoise it for support on this issue.

  4. Karrie

How can I remove the button below the products on the tag archive page. I’m using the Woo Archive (Basic) module and I don’t want any buttons under the product – I have the “read more” turned off, but I can’t seem to get to the button that remains. Here is a page: http://www.jcimportco.net/product-tag/red-wines/

    Hi there,
Is the plugin is configured to work with Polylang ? I need to create a french & english shop.
    Tks for your help.

  6. Mark de Jong

I have only three plugins installed:
    Divi builder
    Woocommerce
    Woo Layout injector

Since I installed the injector wordpress gives me an HTTP ERROR 500 message (internal server error).

When I deactivate one of the three plugins everything works (as long as it can work).
But this is getting really frustrated.

Can you explain me how I can fix this?

    Thanks a lot,

    Mark de Jong

Does this have a product slider built in

    Kind regards

  8. Gillon Pascal

    Hello Sean,
great plugin but it seems that it is impossible to built the single product page with the divi builder, Can you confirm that i need to create my single product page with the default editor only ?
I have done a lot of try to make this plugin to work and the only way i found is to use the default editor, when i create a single product page with the divi builder, when i display the page there is no price, no product image, nothing from the plugin. When i built a page with the default editor, all the layouts i built for single product pages, show up good, whith all options i made. The first problem is that seem realy frustrating to not be abble to use the divi builder with divi, i need to build my single product pages with the builder, the second one is for SEO, i could disable the divi builder on each of my single product pages and build one layout for each of my product, that is means that my single product pages in woocommerce are praticly blank pages, so how to configure YOAST SEO ?
    I think i missed something HELP !!!!

    • Sean Barton

      Hi Gillon,

Yup you can use the Divi Builder no problem. Just make sure you are using V4 of Woo Injector and then turn on the setting called ‘Use divi Builder for Product Pages’ in the Woo Injector settings. You can then use the builder for products.

However, I wouldn’t do this. A store is all about consistency and you need to make sure your product pages show consistently the same layout so as not to confuse your customers (unless your store is quite small of course). So I recommend making the layout in the Divi Library then assigning it in the Woo Layout Injector settings page.

Watch the video at the top of this page which should give you some more information on the subject.

As for Yoast SEO, it should be fine. I’ve not had any reports about this before. Perhaps open a support ticket with me and we can sort you our directly.

      thanks
      Sean

  9. Welberson de Oliveira

I’m still wondering about how the license key works.
Some time ago, exchanging some emails with dev Sean, he told me the licensing inside the plugin settings wasn’t implemented yet.
But now (today, literally) an update for version 4 of the plugin showed up on my WP updates page. When I tried to update it, I got a red message saying that I need to add my Elegant Themes’ username and API key in the Divi settings (which have been there already for months), and also add my License Key in the Woo Layout Inject settings (which is also there already).
So, even with everything in place there were no updates. In the plugin settings page I see the message “Before you can start using the plugin, you first need to enter your license and activate it.”
“Activate” being the keyword in my question here. Is there any extra step I need to take so this key is “activated”?
Thanks in advance for any help.

    • Sean Barton

Hey there, We get that showing all the time. As I understand it it’s a bug with Divi. It happens with other plugins as well. I’m not sure why it does that to be honest and can’t recreate it myself. The license key in Woo Injector is implemented and you add your key to the settings page. You may be able to update it then from the updates page or the plugin list. Otherwise I’d suggest contacting ET about it.

      thanks
      Sean

  10. Marie-Pier Poulin-Breton

Are you gonna launch an update for the woo layout injector plugin so we can make the update of woocommerce ?

    • JB

Hi has anyone updated to woocommerce 3.2.x with latest woolayout injector 3.9.3? I’ve held off given Marie-Pier’s comment seems unanswered here.

      Cheers, JB

      • JB

Okay I bit the bullet, and installed woolayout injector (WLI) 4.0 with woocommerce 3.2.3 no issues.

Thanks Sean, looking forward to using extra modules – cart especially if can get a back to shopping button there with WLI would be great.

Any way of getting Woo Notices module – preloaded with text, so is present before any items added to cart?, and to just refresh the Woo Notices Module not the whole page? I have set add to cart behaviour in Woocommerce settings to enable ajax add to cart buttons on archives.

        Thanks, JB

        • Sean Barton

Sorry guys, I didn’t see this comment if not i’d have replied. Yes upgrading to V4 is safe and recommended as it’s a really cool release.

Not sure what you mean on the notices thing.. i’ll see about getting AJAX integrated in the near future though.

          thanks
          Sean

what if i sell tshirt with different sizes or colors. Is there a way to add those kinds of options to products?

    • Sean Barton

      Hi Alain,

Yes that’s just standard product variations in WooCommerce.

      thanks
      Sean

  12. Deen

    Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to choose a product one by one? With the divi shop module you only can create a shop page by categories and etc. but you can’t choose a product one by one out our your whole products, by having this option you can decide for yourself in which chronicle order you want your products to appear on the shop page. Thanks!
    regards
    Deen

Hello, among other plugins, the new version of Woocommerce (version 3.2.1) requires that Woo Layout Injector be updated (The following active plugin(s) have not declared compatibility with WooCommerce 3.0 yet and should be updated and examined further before you proceed:)

    What should I do, please?

    Thank you for your answer

    • Sean Barton

This is an old version of Woo Injector. V4 is the latest. It properly works with V3+ of Woo so no problems.

      thanks
      Sean

  14. declan

Does this work if only using divi builder plugin and not the divi theme? thanks

  15. juan

Hi, I am looking to buy your product, but I would like to ask you if it would be useful for my shop (woocommerce + divi made)

I have a shop where each product has many variations. I would like to show all the images of the variations instead of a drop-down list, is it possible with your product ?

    Thanks
    Regards

Hi ! When we built our category pages, we use the Et woo loop but i wanna know if its possible to sort the product by price or other ? Like in the shop module of woocommerce.

    Thank you !

  17. Bruno Bacile

    Hello
I used it from 1 year but… with last divi update (3.0.74) can’t edit page (loyout) saved wtih ET Woo inserted. Olds pages ok but not OK for news. Can you help me
    Thx a lot

  18. Nick Wilson

Hi, any update on the large images appearing in the product archive pages?

I’ve had to disable the extension and my client is getting a bit impatient now.

  19. Eamonn Mac Carthy

HI I am happy with the default layout of woocommerce product and category just want to add
banners below the menu how can I do this with woo layout injector

  20. Ryno van der Merwe

    Hi Sean

I recently bought the Woo Layout Injector and for some odd reason it causes the auto zoom on the product page to not work. I’ve enabled & disabled to see if that might fix the issue too. When I choose not to use the Woo Layout Injector, the auto zoom works perfectly again. This is kinda pointless unless I get a fix. Please help. Thanks

  21. Patrick

    Hi,
I’m very happy with woo layout injector plugin what a great idea, nice job Sean, the only thing I can’t get right is the position of the woocommerce messages (i.e ******* product has been added to cart & view basket button) These appear at the top of the screen above the layout, it would be great if messages were modulated also so we could define were they appear.

  22. Eduardo Lozada

I recently bought the plugin. It’s working OK, however there are no Visibility options (to show a module or not on mobile or desktop) like there is for the regular Divi Modules. This is really a huge problem, please help. I need some modules not to be visile on Desktop and others on mobile.

    • Sean

You should be able to right click them and show/hide the module as normal however I’ll look to adding those checkboxes to the modules for ease of use.

  23. nicolas

    Hello,

I just installed the plugin ant it doesn’t seem to work when I use the divi builder to customize the product main content (I tried implementing the divi builder trough the divi commerce plugin and trough a specific code given by elegant themes here : https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/divi-resources/how-to-add-the-divi-builder-to-custom-post-types-divi-nation-short).

Is this normal or did I do something wrong ?
If this is normal, do you plan to do an update on that ?

    Thanks for your answer

    • Sean

Yeo the code they gave will work but also the latest version has that built in. There are a couple of modules which can cause the builder to hang but I’ll get it sorted out for the next version.

      thanks
      Sean

  24. Jaafar

Hello, First thank you for your work.

I am really interested in your plugin, but I need to make a sure about few things before I purchase it.

I have many custom fields on my products, does the plugin allow to display custom fields ???

Can we use the plugin on the shop page and Categories pages ???

    Thank you for your answers.

    • Sean

Hi there, you can indeed use it on the shop and categories pages. There is also an attributes module which you can use to show the fields. If using advanced custom fields there is a separate module available for that. Otherwise once you’ve purchased just get in touch via my support system and I’ll make it work for your needs.

      thanks
      Sean

  25. Ales9999

    Hi Sean,
we instaled your plugin Woo Injector. Display a message after entered the key.
“cURL error 35: error:14077410:SSL outines: SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO: sslv3 alert handshake failure”

The technical support of Savana (our webhosting) sent us the answer:

SSLv3 is used outdated. The support for obsolete SSLv3 has been deactivated on Savana.cz servers. The reason for deactivation is communication security because the protocol contains publicly known security gaps.

    Can you help us?

    thank Ales

    • Sean

It’s only for the licensing side of things. I’d be interested to hear what the latest version of SSL that they use is to be honest. We get this on some servers.. most don’t have an issue with it.

      thanks
      Sean

  26. Sonny de Oliveira

After upgrading Divi to version 3.0.69 something is quite weird with Woo Layout Injector. It’s not respecting the grid columns and just messing the category pages really bad. Product descriptions are showing clustered on the top of the page and the product images are showing one below the other (as if on a mobile screen, even when it’s on a large desktop screen). Really loved the plugin so far, but I’m removing it from my store now as an emergency remedy. Would love to see some troubleshooting and upgrading from the Dev’s part.

    • Andrew Palmer

Hi Sonny, you can ask for support here https://docs.tortoise-it.co.uk on this issue. Unfortunately the latest updates on Divi itself seem to have affected some items in the plugin. The vendor is working on a fix and I am sure support can give you the necessary instructions to make it work .

    • Sean

Hey Sonny, I’ve just sorted the issue. Grab Woo Layout Injector 3.5 and it will be working fine again. Sorry about the inconvenience there!

      cheers
      S

      • Welberson de Oliveira

Fantastic! Thanks, Sean. Nice touch on the new settings too. Awesome!

  27. Bradley Wellard

    Hi,

when i try to license the plugin using the license key from my invoice as instructed I am getting a not active error message how can this be resolved can you reactivate my license key.

    Hello

I can’t get the ET Woo Content Module to work.
The content/description will display if I use ET Woo General but not if I use the content module on it’s own.
Is there something else I should be using?

I contacted Support on the 18th July, they replied and accessing for my Login details which I provided. It has been weeks and I have had no response.

  29. Shane

Have you tested this with the Facebook Pixel? I’m using this on a site and have customized the product page. I installed a Facebook Pixel to run dynamic product remarking ads. The Facebook Pixel can’t see the “content” data on a product page. I tried disabling the layout injector and it started working. Is there a special field that I have to add to the product template to make this work? URL for reference: https://griffiths.com/product/911-3-2-engine-fuel-line-set-complete-plus-rh-side-manifold-gaskets-and-fuel-filter/

    • Pascal

Hi Shane, did you find a solution for loading correctly the facebook pixel?

    • Jean Marc PLECIS

Hello, has the solution been found for the facebook pixel?

  30. Joerg Boettiger

Hi, I just bought the woocommerce layout injector, and got it working for the most part. However there’s some additional tax information that i’ve added to my product forms via ACF (i’m using your divi-acf plugin as well). However, whenever I set the acf field (in my layout) to the one I want to display, it doesn’t get saved when I hit save and exit, rather just goes back to the default value. Any idea why this might be happening? (i haven’t defined the tax on all of my products yet, just a few trial ones – not sure if that makes a difference)

  31. Keli Kuwahara

I watched all the woolayout injector youtube videos I could find, created the archive page and loop item page, but I am still confused as to how to link the shop page (settings-woolayout injector) to the shop page I created so that the changes take place?

Also, how do I create a category archive? I couldn’t find a youtube video for it.

    Thank you!

  32. Keli Kuwahara

How do you change the product image thumbnails so that it doesn’t open in a separate window, but changes within the main product image?

  33. julien newgen

I have bought the plugin in may 2017,
When I installed the plugin and fill my license key, I got a message “License NOT Active”,
I tried to add my site to the license manager page with no success.
As your support page is not active (are you kidding !!!), I would appreciate some help through this page.
    Julien

    • Andrew Palmer

HI Julien, I see an active license of woo in your account I can only presume our support managed to fix this for you, I suggest you login to your account and access the license form there. . It is also quite clear on our support page what we offer in the way fo purchase support. For example:

Therefore, all developers will include a support contact within their documentation. Should you have a query regarding your purchase, please do get in contact with us using our new chat widget which you can find on any page.

      • julien newgen

My problem has been solved right after I sent a message with the chat widget,

Thanks guy, I have to admit that your were very quick and helpful on this one.

    Hi Sean,

I bought this plugin yesterday and I’m running into a major issue. It does not fire actions added to the WooCommerce hooks.
I must use the plugin WooCommerce Germanized and I need to have those actions outputted on category/archive and product pages. Where do I need to add the hooks to get them correctly outputted? Maybe I’m missing something.

    Thanks for your help.

      Hi Guido,

I got this issue of contact form not opening to edit – but it had to do with Divi theme. Woolayout Injector was activated, When I updated Divi theme to latest 3.0.60 this error went away. Might be same for you?

      Cheers, JB

  36. Aeky Asociación Española de Kundalini Yoga

    Hello,

It does not work me correctly and I think it is for the new version of wordpress or Divi.

The fact is that when I put modules with Loop File it does not work, it blocks or does not let me edit the Divi library modules well.

Does it happen to more people? Do you have any help manual besides the video? I need to configure the categories and I do not know how to do it.

    Thank you very much,

  37. Roger

I’m having conflicting issues with Woocommerce Advanced Product Labels (1.1.2) when the Woo Layout Injector is enabled. None of the labels or badges will display on the shop and category pages, however the single product page displays but with really out of joint styling.

As soon as I disable Woo Layout, the labels and badges display as they should.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  38. Emiliano

Hello i have a question before buy,
i need to put quantity input in shop page before add to cart buttom, is possible with the plugin? i mean there is a module with quantity input?
    thank you!

  39. Mariusz Drabik

Hi, it is possible to use Woo Swape with this plugin?

  40. James

    Hi,

I am curious about where the attributes appear, I do not see a module for these. I would like to have the option to place the short description in one place and the drop down, checkbox, etc. in another. Is that possible with this plugin?

    Thanks!
    James

  41. JB

Hi, Any one else doene a recent upgrade to woocommerce 3.1.0 with WooLayOut Injector v3.4, and had their redirection of the default shop page ignored?

Only time it reappaears is if I use a product category filter from the side bar – otherwise its a no show.

    Usin Divi 3.0.54

I’ve had to recreate my shop page with a standard woocommerce short_code layout in meantime.

    Regards, JB

  42. thenookybox@gmail.com

The ET Woo Product Image module isn’t behaving correctly.

When I click on a thumbnail the image is zoomed in automatically and vertically long. If I click on another thumbnail the image swipes and replaces but is still zoomed in and appears not to be centered in the defined image area.

I don’t know if your plugin is missing some CSS or JS. Or it’s not calling the correct images that are too big.

I regenerated all thumbnails, selected different product and thumbnail image sizes and whatever else I could think of to no avail.

I tested the same product pages without WLI and the product image and gallery worked fine.

Any quick fixes or word on an update?

  43. Andy

Hi – thanks for a great plugin.

Just a quick question… it was my belief that I could create custom pages for products by Category and by Tag, yet I only seem to be able to create custom pages for Category. Despite creating suitable layouts for the container page (with relevant loop archive) and the loop item itself I only seem able to display custom pages for Category, not Tags. The Tags still uses the same default WordPress layout. I have selected the correct layout from within the Woo Layout Injector settings but this has no effect.

Keep up the great work – thanks!

  44. Richard

Hello, I really like this plugin but have not used it in a while.

It’s nice to be able to split the thumbnails apart from the image for design reasons.

Losing the default gallery functionality of the thumbnails decreases the use of this plugin dramatically for me.

Does the latest version thumbnail module use the default woocommerce gallery functionality?

  45. Lode Stubbe

    Hi,
After upgrading the divi theme from version 3.0.47 to 3.0.52, the background color and text color (maybe other css items as well) of the library items created with this plugin are no longer displayed. I’m getting a white background.
After restoring a backup and performing all the updates except the divi theme, it is working fine.
Wordpress is on version 4.8 and all other plugins are updated to the latest version.
Am I missing something? Can you have a look at this?

  46. Frank

    Hi,
I’m having the problem when creating a new product pictures showing incorrect format – photos are cut off on top and bottom. While fiddling around the cause of this behavior I discovered that there is a v3.4 of woo layout injector – I’m using v3.1. Why hasn’t it been automatically updated like all my other plugins??? Next question: How can I manually update woo layout injector?

  47. Allan

    Hello,

Is it possible to add the alt and title tags to the ‘ET Woo Product Image’ ?
At this moment it stays empty.

  48. Sergio

Hello, In the layout for example single product, do you can add the name and description of the brand of the product?

  49. Kari

Hey, in the ETWoo ad to cart tab, I have three variables, length, size and color… the drop down menus appear but the variable titles I can not for the life of me make the font black. Thus you can not see them on my white background. Any suggestions on how to remedy this? I have tried changing all font colors to black in the design tab…

  50. calhan

Hi Sean, Is there a solution/option to Sort products within the Loop Archive Module? Thanks.

  51. Ian

    Hi there, great plugin!

I wondered, is there a way to use this plugin to display woocommerce custom product fields on the shop and product pages?

    Thanks

  52. Jimmy

    Hi Sean,
    I’m Jimmy and i’m french.
I’m about to buy your module, but i want to know if it make really what i want.
So, i want customize my Search Result Page and other template of Woocommerce.
The Search Result Page appear when i make a search with a searchbar, and i got a list of filtred products.
    That’s possible ?
    Thanks. Regards

    • Philippe Odent

      Bonjour Jimmy,
as tu recu une réponse à ta question ? Je recherche à customiser ma page de recherche Woocommerce.
      Merci par avance
      Philippe

  53. mustaqim

hi… now i make product not directly using woo product page. I make it through normal new pages.

So, do possible i add shortcode product add to card directly on my pages and will show variation and option for product ?

  54. Paul David

Hi there just purchased, I have two issues I don’t seem to be able to do, i need to create the default shop page, displaying categories only. How does one set this up as I only see an option for category title, but not category image?

The second issue is the product image link to product switch is not working

One last question is how do we add the normal Divi Hover effects on product or category images?

  55. Gille

Hi, I get an email “Your license key for Woo Layout Injector is about to expire.”
Is this about support? Because in the info it states that the updates are lifetime.

    thanks
    Gille

    • Gille

      wow.. great support…not.

  56. Nicholas

Would this plugin add pagination to the Divi shop module?

  57. Ree

Hi can this plugin work on Divi Builder installed on themes other than Divi Theme?

  58. David

Hello, first of all congratulations for this great plugin. It’s what I was searching for.

I have a question, How can I show the standard orderby form on my woo-divi custom archive page?

    Thanks

  59. Ciro

Since the update of Woocommerce 3.0 the product images on the archive page are not displayed. Even on the product page the category/sku is missing.

    • Richard

i am having the same problem. i set up the archive page and everything displays perfectly except the product image is not there. if i click on the product title, it does take me to that individual product page, with an image. im just not getting any images on my archive page.

      • Ciro

indeed, same problem, hope it will be solved soon

        • Lode Stubbe

          Same problem here.

        • Richard

it appears as if the CSS listed below has ‘opacity: 0’ which is making the images not show up as all. this CSS is listed for each item in my product gallery. the question is, how do we fix it?

          PLEASE HELP !! thanks

        • Richard

i guess CSS doesnt show up here. let me try again.

          div class=”woocommerce-product-gallery woocommerce-product-gallery–with-images woocommerce-product-gallery–columns-4 images” data-columns=”4″ style=”opacity: 0; transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out;”

          • Ciro

thanks, for a quick fix it do the job but it should be fixed in the plugin and/or woocommerce

Use this class and CSS for all archive images.

            .woocommerce div.product .et_pb_woo_archive_grid div.images {
            opacity: 1 !important;
            }

          • Richard

            Ciro,

thanks for the temporary fix as i have not had the time to dissect this further. yes, this should be fixed from within the plugin itself. hopefully soon.

          • Sean

I have now incorporated that CSS into the plugin so that they show. I have no idea what the Woo guys are doing but it’s caused a lot of problems. Not for the first time I’ll add. Version 3.4 is available now and includes the CSS change for the opacity.

This has messed up my release schedule a bit but I’ll release a major update in the next few weeks for sure.

            Thanks
            Sean

          • Richard

            thanks Sean !!

          • Ciro

            Tnx Sean… those WC-guys… alway’s a surprise 😉

  60. Marco

    Hi,
I’m using Woo Layout Injector on DIVI theme with WPML.
I’ve injected my costumized layout on the single product page and it works, but when I try to visualize the corrisponding page in English, there is no content. If I don’t inject my layout, and thus I leave the woocommerce default one, the page gets translated. How can I fix this?

    • Arjen

I have the same issue. I started a thread on the WPML forums and they suggested I deactivate all plugins and then reactivate one by one to found out which plugin is causing the issue. Turned out it is Woo Layout Injector. This makes Woo Layout Injector unusable if you have WPML.

      • Charles

I have the same issue with the Layout Injector and WPML. if you save the settings for which layout to use in one language it resets all the settings to the default.

Did anyone find a solution for getting it to work with WPML? At the moment it has my project for using it dead in the water….

        • Pavoncelli Ernesto e Figli S.p.A.

We have the very same issue. We contacted both Tortoise (they know about the issue) and WPML (they suggested some workaround that didn’t work… but they were able to reproduce the bug). So for now, only one language works; the others display the default layout. We really hoped that these last two updates would fix this 🙁

  61. Richard

i cant seem to get this to work to my liking.
i currently have a navigation menu item called ‘shop’ and this link will take you to a divi created page showing the woocommerce categories using woocommerce short codes. this page shows my four categories. i then want to click on any of those four categories and have it take me to a page showing items from within that category i clicked on. then of course once you click on a particular item, it opens up the page for that item.
i can create the custom page for individual items but i am having trouble creating the rest. can you help?

    • Andrew Palmer

I am afraid this in not something that the plugin can do for you currently although we do know that the developers are working towards having a complete solution for Woocommerce in as much as dealing with categories, cart and checkout. If you need further assistance with the plugin, do feel free to visit the support forum here http://docs.tortoise-it.co.uk/

  62. Jessica Schultz

how can I be sure this works with the latest WooCommerce? I see some issues in the comments here. Adding dates to your change log would be helpful too. I would like to purchase your plugin after I am certain it has been updated to work with the new Woo, thank you.

    • Andrew Palmer

The plugin has under gone a small update due toe the Woocommerce updated program. We are sure it works just as well. If tehre are any issues that we don’t know about- feel free to post them here.

  63. Guillermo COrdeiro

I am having trouble getting text sizes to change on my product page, nothing seems to happen. Default text is by far too big and modifying the size on the builder does nothing.

  64. Patricia Gill

I am so pleased to find this plugin. I have setup the shop layout on a grid with the product image on the left. Unfortunately the product image doesn’t show on shop or category pages. I am completely stumped about how to fix this. The image source shows in the page code and it is possible to save the image from the page. However it is not possible to see the image. I saved Permalink settings again. Regenerated thumbnails. I’m out of ideas.

    • Patricia Gill

I replaced WooCommerce 3.0.1 with 2.6.4. The product images now appear in the Shop/Category pages.

  65. Fabio De Salvador

Does the plugin run on the new release of woocommerce? In one of my website I have several problems.

  66. Darius Seeto

HI, I love using this plugin, but i need to add a booking calendar to the pages. How would I do this?

  67. Flo Nelson

I read somewhere that it’s possible to create different looks for different category pages, is that true? Instructions for how to do that? For example, one category page would have a video and the others wouldn’t.

  68. Bruno Bros

    Hi,

In the demo of “storefront”, the basic theme of woocommerce (https://demo.woothemes.com/storefront/shop/), the first item has a button “Read more” that opens the single product page.
Is it possible to add such a button in a “wwoo layout injector” layout ?

    Thank you.

  69. Marked09

Is there a way to add back the “Sort by” dropdown when using the layout? Thanks!

    • Sean

At the moment No but it’s on the list 🙂

  70. Rob

    Hey,
    Great Plugin.

On Woo Layout Injector, I see that there is a function to bring Divi layouts into category pages, but I don’t see the functions that let you bring different layouts into the pre and post content areas of WooCommerce category and tag pages (similar to Divi Layout Injector Plugin). Is this function possible in the current setup, or is there a way I can implement this on my own?

    Thanks!
    Have a nice day.

  71. Daniel

Is that they do not plan to do anything?

  72. Daniel Molina Gómez

Good morning, I also sent a tickect a week ago and still do not answer me seems a shame, I hope they answer fast because this is not fair, something will have to do.

  73. Gustavo Sartori de Aguiar

Hello, good afternoon, I’m having an incompatibility with the plugin, to see if they could help me, with “woo layout injector” activated, I do not work this other plugin called “yith zoom magnifier” from a premium plugin provider for woocommerce, they give Support, and I have solved some problem, but in this case I am told to also talk with the support of woo injector layout to see how we can fix the problem

    thank you very much!
    regards

      • Efosa

Please, how is it that my comment above did not receive any reply… up till now?

      • Daniel

I already send a support ticket to the link he gave me, but no one answers me, I need help with this problem

  75. Tolovet

Hmm seems to be working, no need for your help 🙂 I still am interested in knowing if i can use this plugin to jazz up the main Shop page though.

    Thanks

  76. Tolovet

Hi Jeff I just purchase your plugin. I have a question, I’m using a fulfillment website for some of my products ( T-
Shirts ) I used its woocommerce plugin and everything works fine, https://printaura.com/ . The problem i’m having is that it seems like your plugin only shows the products that i have internally ? did you test this on Fulfillment sites products ? is there maybe another way for me to edit the products the same way ?

Also , is there a way for me to use this plugin to show product category organized neatly on Shop page ?

    thanks in advance

  77. Alan Hirsh

First of all, I have to say I love the Woo Layout Injector Plugin….however, I have 2 problems. I am not able to reduce the font or button size of the “read more” in the ET Woo Content Module and I can’t change the font color of the ET Woo Shop/Category Title module. Any help?

  78. Jeff

Product seems to be incompatible with YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier. When using the ET Woo Product Image module, “hide thumbnails” does not work, thumbnails continue to show.

  79. Mohit

Please check this page – http://canvaslane.com/work-class/artists/

I am using default Woocommerce with Divi. Problem that I face is that some product pics somehow get kind of joined in some rows, i.e. the vertical gap between them vanishes.

How can I send you a screenshot?

Can this plugin handle the issue?

  80. Johnny

    Hi,

Is v3.1 available through re-downloading the layout zip file in my account history?

Alan on 22nd of February inicated he has v3.1

My view of the licences indicate no updates available.

    Where do I go next?

    Thanks

    #bugReport
    —-
    System config:
    Divi Theme 3.0.34 (latest)
    Woo Layout Injector 3.1 (latest)
    Woocommerce 2.6.14 (latest)

    Problem
When I try to EDIT layout with frontend Divi builder I get “This page doesn’t exist” notice.
(This happens when editing existing (already saved) themes. New theme creation works ok.)

    Solution Steps
    1. Go to (in wordpress) Settings–>Permalinks
    2. Simply push “Save” to resave everything (no changes)
    3. Edititng Theme with Divi Page Builder now works great
    —-

NOTE: I had this problem on older versions of plugin/Divi config as well.

Now it’s not a “braker” as I found the solution. It’s just little “inconvinient” for clients with that “ugly/broken” notice 😉

Thanks and keep up with amazing work Sean (and you guys here at DM)

    • Andrew Palmer

Unfortunately, the conflicts here is the VB – no plugins or extensions currently work with Divi 3 – its something that all devs are suffering with until the Developer edition of Divi comes out – and even then, we are not sure the details will be included to enable full compatibility.

    Hi,

This plugin has been a real life saver. Thank you. That said… encountering an issue I can’t overcome. The product images have stopped appearing. I updated the plugin to see if that resolved the issue but it hasn’t. Any ideas?

  83. Vanessa

Hello, I need a reply please, I want to upgrade but need to make sure all will be ok.

  84. Vanessa

Hello, I am currently running Version 2.1.2 and want to upgrade to the latest version, is it just a matter of deactivating and deleting the old plugin and uploading the new? Will all my settings and layout from layouts stay in tact?

    Thank you 🙂

  85. john

Hello There, I have been looking far and wide for a plugin that will easily enable me to change the colors of a Woocommerce product page and product catagory background. So far the only solutions I have found are either in a .php file or involve CSS coding which I am not very familiar with. If this plugin can completely customize the colors in Woocommerce pages, I will purchase it in a heartbeat. If whoever responds to this could link to an example of the plugin in action so I can see what exactly the changed page look like, that would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  87. S.M.

Is it possible for the ET Woo Thumbnail module to display specific thumbnails, and ignore others… for example show product images 1-3, but not 4-9… in this way, one could spread out the product images across the page and have some shown in one area and others in another area using multiple Thumbnail modules. e.g. showing a couple of full sized product images in a row, and others in another row and so on… would really open up a lot of possibilities!

    • Ying Zhang

P.S> I can confirm this works well with YITH Product Add On plug in for WOO

  88. Ian

    Hi Sean,
Does this work with the Divi plugin also?
    Thanks
    Ian

  89. Ryan

This plugin is incompatible with Divi Layout builder global sections.

  90. Josh

Hi will this work on the search results page?

  91. Francois Wessels

    Hi there,

Just a quick question regarding functionality of the plugin — can I inject the Woo Layouts on any page? If we as an eg. have a landing page on which I wish to add WooCommerce purchase options would that be possible at all?

  92. Dragomir Emiloff

Hi, the plugin is great, but how to change price color and padding? By options in the Advanced Design Settings not working. 🙂

  93. Stephen

    Hi,
I’m very happy with woo layout injector plugin what a great idea, nice job Sean, the only thing I can’t get right is the position of the woocommerce messages (i.e ******* product has been added to cart & view basket button) These appear at the top of the screen above the layout, it would be great if messages were modulated also so we could define were they appear. Just a thought 🙂

  94. M.D.

Today I received an email which stated that an update of the Woo Layout Injector was available. The link in the mail was not working, but I could find that update in my account. This is the text:

    ————————————————-

There are updates available for the following products:

    Woo Layout Injector
You can download these updates from the following links:

Woo Layout Injector – SKU: TiTWoolayoutinjector
    divi_woo_layout_injector
Or login to your account where the updated files are waiting for you – simply delete the current plugin (you will not lose your data) and install the update.

Thank you for being a customer of Divi Marketplace | Divi Child Themes and Plugins!
    ———————————–

The part about deleting the current plugin and then installing the update kind of worries me. Usually I can update within the wordpress admin-module.
Currently I am running version 2.1.2.

    Please advise

    • Andrew Palmer

Apologies for the link not working. But we’re glad you got the download from your account. Dashboard updates are coming soon. The instructions are valid for updating. If you are concerned, perform a back up and you can roll back if necessary. This is good practice in any update scenario even for dashboard updates.

      • M.D.

Does this mean there will not come a dashboard update? By deleting will I not lose any of layouts I have already made in the Divi library?

  95. ‫BARAK ZIV OR

    hello,
I have an issue with the css setting in the “advanced design settings” tab on the plugin special modules. for some reason It doesnt have any effect at all. only css rules that I write in the “custom css” tab have an effect.

This is a comon issue or a local problem?

  96. Derek Vest

    Hi Sean,

This is a great addition to my toolset! Quick question: Is there any way to add the product image as a background? In the case of a client I am working on, the product isn’t a tangible item, its a class and so the image is more symbolic and to make it fit into the rest of the site using the image as a background is what I am looking to do. Any ideas/thoughts?

    Thanks

    Derek

    • Sean

Hi derek, thanks for the great idea. I’ll look to get this implemented asap for you.

  97. Nick Hartmann

    Hi Sean,

Thank you for developing the ‘Woo Layout Injector’. It gives much needed freedom to create more custom WooCommerce shop pages with Divi. I’m sure I will be using it a lot in the future.

However, I was wondering if you have considered adding the modules to give the ability to create custom ‘Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ pages maybe even a custom ‘My account’ page? It would make it easier to create more custom checkout for instance in steps or with a much different layout 🙂

I think that would be a great asset to the Divi community. It does not have to be added to the existing plugin – maybe it could be its own ‘Woo Checkout Injector’ plugin. I would be more than happy to buy it separately.

    Kind regards
    Nick

      • Blaine

When will this be added Sean? I’m very interested in this functionality.

        • Clare

I am keen for this too and would like to be updated when this feature is available

          • Phil

            Me too!

  98. Dawie

    Hallo Sean

I am so happy I found your site! I have been struggling for a while now with WooCommerce and Divi. So, I think I am going to buy your plugin, as it looks like the solution I have been looking for.

Just a few questions. You didn’t perhaps build one for WooThemes Sensei plugin as well? I am not a developer and have very little knowledge about this stuff. I am trying to get Divi to work with WooCommerce and Sensei. Can you perhaps point me in the right direction? It will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Dawie

    • Sean

Hey there. Yes it should be. It it doesn’t work then let ke know and I’ll fix it for you 🙂

      Sean

  99. Theo

We really need a plugin to make add to cart visible on all products (I know one can add code to child themes, but child themes are Greek to me and I’m petrified I screw up my site) It is cumbersome for users to first view the product and then add to cart. I will buy such a plugin without batting an eye. The divi handheld theme does this automatically. But I prefer to stick to divi, if only I can get the shop sorted 🙂

  100. Sean

Hi all.. Please note that all known issues with the plugin have been resolved and I have added extensive styling options across the range. Please do download the latest version from your Elegant Marketplace account and give it a try. I’ve love to hear any feedback/suggestions 🙂

  101. Gonçalo Costa

Hi Sean, we bought this plugin and it works really well in terms of building these product pages and then displaying them on the store. The issue is that it messes up schema completely. If check the structured data of a woo commerce default product page, it’s error free, schema is properly integrated. When you switch to a custom product page, built and injected with this plugin, schema is pretty much non-existent, there are some errors with it, a lot of information missing, and so on. Is there a way to fix this? Otherwise, we can’t really use the plugin, which is a shame, because it’s such a useful addon to Divi. Thanks!

    • Sean

This plugin does change the markup so those interested in the Schema at this sort of level may need to speak to me directly to identify what needs to be done to make it more compliant. However, Visually and also when validating any HTML it should be fine.

      • sebastian

hello Sean I hope you are having a great day , I am having problems displaying products over my store, it looks like the woo injector short code works but when I start to surf between pages (store pages) using the pagination it is not showing the products in the way that I want them to be display, this is the shortcode that we are using, [product_category category=”web-products” per_page=”20″ columns=”4″ orderby=”price” order=”asc”] we hav almost a week trying to solve this problem and honestly still without a solution, I will appreciate your guys help!

  102. patrick

Is it useable on the frontend builder? And do you have demo site?

  103. Mark Ashton

    Hi,
I’ve just purchased Woo Layout Injector and for the most part it is superb … very easy to use.

However, the cart module has no easy editing of the “Add To basket” button via Advanced Design Settings. Why? You have included button editing for the Read More button in the content module … but no Advanced Design Settings for the cart module. I did buy this with this functionality in mind.

Am i correct in understanding that it is not possible to change the label on the cart button from “Add To basket” top “Add To Cart”.

Everything looks fantastic … apart from when I view on mobile … where it all goes AWOL. Can you advise me on how to PM you just so you could have a look … not just for my benefit but just so that the plugin is behaving itself properly.

To everyone out there wanting to change their Woo Commerce Product Pages in Divi … which can’t really be done … this is a gteat plugin. Just needs a couple of things addressing. will let you know on here.

To devs … can you advise on best contact route

    Thnaks Mark

      • Mark Ashton

        Andrew,

This plugin doesn’t work with the Divi Shop module with Type set to Product Category
        Causes an error:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘italian’ in /home/workflo7/public_html/zzz-sites/elidor/wp-content/plugins/divi_woo_layout_injector/divi_woo_layout_injector.php on line 136
This plugin hasn’t been tested properly and for a paid plugin I’m not happy about it.
        Please try the webpage below.
        Can you advise me please
        Regards mark

        • Mark Ashton

          Hi,
I have found a workaround in the interim. If one uses a category that is a number the ‘Illegal Error’ does not happen.
If one uses a text string the illegal error occurs and I have tested all lowercase etc.
          Thanks, Mark

          • Sean-Barton

            Hi Mark,

Can you please elaborate on this problem. I’ve tried to recreate locally and have had no joy. If you prefer to speak via email please get me at barton.sean@gmail.com and I’d be happy to take a look for you.

            thanks
            Sean

          • Sean

For those interested, Mark and I found the solution to the issues. I have since updated the plugin to benefit everyone and no hacks or workarounds are necessary.

  104. Alex

    Hi,
I, my very interested on your plugin, but I would like to know if
Is it possible to use woo layout injector with other plugins in product Page, and does your plugin support an extra option product with conditional logic?

    • Andrew Palmer

We have found that the woo injector does not play well with some Yith Plugins – but it is so random we cannot really say which ones. If there are any issues, we do try to fix them in order to improve compatibility so go ahead and buy it and if you have any issues we will do our best to sort you out.

    • Sean

Yes for the most part. Just contact me if you notice any incompatibility or issues on your site and I’ll it out for you.

  105. Cachi Rulo

    Hi,

    1. I Use WPML plugin as a basis of my site. Exist any issue with this plugin and WPML ?
    2. Do you have any demo site to test Woo Layout Injector ?

Thanks in advance for your help 🙂

    • Sean

There shouldn’t be any issue with WPML no.
I don’t have a Demo site at the moment but do watch the video maybe and it will explain how to use it 🙂
